be committed to the moment.

Facebook, Twitter, email, friends, family, what’s happening, what’s going on, what on earth am I having for dinner? Every day, we’ve got a lot competing for our attention. By committing to the moment, you extract yourself from the daily grind and provide the space to get stuff done. Studies have shown that we are most productive (and happiest) when we commit our attention to a single focus at any given time. So whether it’s your one big race, the final hill repeat, a chapter of a book or simply a long overdue nap on the couch, commit to the moment and absolutely crush it.
