When I am racing, I repeat the words Power, Strength, Confidence over and over to help me push to my edge.

It’s the best feeling to have a powerful push in training and racing. I bring this sense of strength and power to other areas of my life to give me confidence! Its all cyclical.

Being part of this sport makes me feel fitter and stronger as I age, not the opposite.
